Update of the EGVI Work Programme 2016-2017

Important novelties include the introduction of open research data in all new Horizon 2020 calls. For projects funded under the programme, free online access to scientific data will become the norm, which will boost competitiveness through open science by accelerating innovation and collaboration.

A topic dedicated to the “Production of next generation battery cells in Europe for transport applications” has been added to the EGVI Work Programme covering investigations in production processes for future variants of lithium cells such as advanced lithium-ion not excluding the so-called post-lithium-ion technologies.
